PDFinity PDF Converter ("PDFinity") is proprietary software developed, owned, and distributed by Voixme Technologies. This copyright notice establishes our ownership rights and the terms under which PDFinity is licensed to end users.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to PDFinity, including without limitation all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other proprietary rights, are owned exclusively by Voixme Technologies. These rights extend to all aspects of the software, including:
- The source code, object code, and executable files that comprise PDFinity
- The user interface design, layout, and user experience elements
- All graphics, icons, images, and visual assets within the application
- Documentation, help files, and instructional materials
- The PDFinity name, logo, and associated branding elements
- Marketing materials, website content, and promotional assets
Software License Grant
By purchasing PDFinity through the Mac App Store, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software. This license permits you to install and use PDFinity on any Mac computers that you own or control for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement and the Mac App Store Terms of Service.
License Restrictions
Your license to use PDFinity is subject to the following restrictions. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of PDFinity
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on PDFinity
- Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, loan, or otherwise transfer PDFinity to any third party
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on PDFinity
- Use PDFinity for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Circumvent or disable any technological measures implemented to control access to PDFinity
Ownership
Voixme Technologies retains all right, title, and interest in and to PDFinity, including all intellectual property rights therein. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in PDFinity. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding PDFinity may be used by Voixme Technologies without any obligation to compensate you.
Trademarks
"PDFinity," the PDFinity logo, and the infinity symbol (∞) as used in connection with PDF conversion software are trademarks of Voixme Technologies. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission, except as necessary to identify the software for legitimate purposes.
Third-Party Components
PDFinity is built using Apple's frameworks and development tools, including SwiftUI, PDFKit, and Core Image. Our use of these technologies complies with all applicable licenses and agreements. PDFinity may incorporate open-source components, which are used in accordance with their respective licenses.
Warranty Disclaimer
PDFinity is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Voixme Technologies does not warrant that PDFinity will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Voixme Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of PDFinity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for PDFinity.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of PDFinity and destroy all copies in your possession.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voixme Technologies is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
